Cheers to 2014

How is 2013 basically over?

Last year, shortly after I found out I was pregnant, I saw something on Pinterest that I decided I simply had to do: create a photo "yearbook" capturing life's month by month shenanigans. Since 2013 would be the year our family grew from a family of two to a family of three I figured that it would be the perfect time to begin the tradition of getting a yearbook printed.

As the last hours of 2013 tick away my heart is so full. I have seen so many wonderful things happen to myself, my family, and my friends this year. So many, in fact, that I am having some crazy anxiety thinking about how on earth I'll be able to narrow down all the wonderful things from 2013 into one yearbook. But, I suppose, that is a pretty wonderful problem to deal with.

All of this rambling brings me to the point of this blog. *finding* fifty* two* is all about finding something each week of this new year. Something fun to do with my family, something memorable to do with my friends, something charitable to do, something to sew, something to cook, some events to plan, something to create. It is all about making the *time* to do the somethings that will make 2014 a year filled with so much wonderfulness that at this time next year I will again be stressed out wondering how on earth I'll fit it all into one yearbook.

Cheers to 2014, everyone. I hope you join me on this adventure of *finding* fifty* two*
